My aim as your next Business Manager - June 3, 2000 is

REFORM

Through My NEW DEAL I will address
and correct:

1. "Wild" Spending
2. Pension & Health Care
3. Correct Retirees "Gripes"
4. Adjust Dues Surpluses


Generally, my "New Deal" programs, and I will change the whole focus of #81 management. Mostly from "what I can take from #81 and how much I can fill my pockets with, "to" through my conscientious leadership - how much can I give back to local #81 by my committed service to the membership."

I believe my 34 years of "nitty gritty" in the field experience, affords me the insights and skills necessary
to do an excellent job as your next Business Manager.

Please help me election day June 3, 2000 and:

LETS RETIRE FRANK BOVA!!!


BOVA FLUNKS EVERY QUALIFICATIONS TEST!!!

In his 18 year membership history, Bova has not exposed himself the usual "in the trenches" training most of us have had to endure in order to make any kind of job progress. Even his JANITORING AND TRUCK WASHING "SKILLS" have been handed him because of union political favoritism!!!

When a field Representative position was open, he moved up and was "trained" in that slot-which of course resulted in another plush union political appointment because of his brother. Bova does pass one test in a qualification analysis.

BOVA IS VERY QUALIFIED IN "EXCESS SPENDING!!"

Bova will not allow the spending records to be released (although LMRDA says he must) for picnics and Christmas Parties his administration has sponsored, to anyone.

Conclusion; BOVA IS HIDING HIS ILLEGAL SPENDING, and must continue to hide these documents until the June 3rd election is over!!!

Question: Can Frank Bova truly negotiate any labor contract from a position of strength in his overall knowledge acquired in his shallow labor past? Not to well, because he is ignorant to any knowledge he should have gained from everyday exposure "in the trenches" as an everyday laborer!!!
